FUNCTIONAL TEAM TASKS
Along the way, you will encounter functional team tasks that test both physical and mental resolve. These tasks are crafted to challenge strength, endurance, and problem-solving skills.

ACHIEVEMENT
As you progress through the challenge, you’ll notice a transformation. The individuals who started the ruck will come together, forming a high-performing, close-knit team and you will discover new levels of physical and mental strength. You’ll leave the event with a sense of achievement and personal growth.
RUCKING
You will ruck the designated event distance carrying the prescribed weight in your Backpack, which varies depending on the fitness level (Foundation, Intermediate, or Advanced). The distances range from 3 to 15 miles and weight carried varies from 10 to 35lb

An inclusive, supportive environment to start your challenge experience. Perfect for beginners looking to gradually build endurance and experience the thrill of rucking.
Intermediate Level
3 Hours / 6 to 9 miles
These challenges offer a more rigorous experience. This level is ideal for those ready to elevate their rucking fitness and take on a tougher challenge to discover new levels of physical and mental strength
Advanced Level
3 to 4 Hours / 10 to 15 miles
You will need to have high levels of endurance and strength. The weight is heavier, the distance is longer, and the speed you will be moving is faster. A true test of resilience, grit and teamwork.
