The Founders of RuckFit UK
Charlie and Steve Quinn are the driving forces behind RuckFit UK. With a shared passion for fitness, adventure, and community, they combined their extensive backgrounds in the military, fire and rescue service, professional sport and the wider fitness industry to create RuckFit UK.
Charlie as a former professional athlete, Fire & Rescue Service physical training instructor and highly experienced personal and group exercise trainer, brings a wealth of knowledge in fitness programming and delivery. With over 15 years extensive experience in the health and wellness industry, Charlie ensures that every RuckFit event is meticulously planned and executed, providing an unforgettable experience for all participants.
Former Parachute Regiment soldier, Steve spent years honing his skills as a physical training instructor, both in civilian life and during his time in the Fire & Rescue Service. His experience in leading diverse teams and fostering a sense of camaraderie and resilience among participants forms the backbone of RuckFit UK's ethos.
Together, they launched RuckFit UK with the vision of creating a unique fitness community where people of all levels can challenge themselves, build mental and physical resilience, and enjoy the adventure of the great outdoors. Their combined expertise and dedication will ensure that RuckFit UK becomes a leading name in the fitness world, inspiring countless individuals to join the rucking revolution.
